Architects Like:

Architecture and sarcasm - What's not to like? Supporting architects and all their glory, one stereotype at a time. Let's admit: architects can get a big head. I bring them back to the reality that we're just people trying to do something great within a profession we love. We may get it right, and sometimes we'll miss. It's having fun along the way that is important. Why not start here?

I hold an M.Arch and am pursuing my license in the state of Texas. Take a peek at my work via the links below.

See how the iPad and stylus combo compares to traditional pen and paper when doing detailed line work drawings.

I have a product design I’m hoping to get developed through Quirky, so please take a moment to vote for it! If it is selected for production, you could share in the profits when it goes up for sale. Register, vote, comment and let’s make this a reality :)

25. Sustainability

“It ain’t easy being green.”  Especially as an architect.  With the rate at which products and technologies change, it is no wonder that architects struggle just to stay on top of the news, much less make informed purchasing decisions.  However, we’ve found the best defense is a good offense.  By filling the gaps in conversation with rapid-fire product babble, we are able to distract clients and co-workers from the actual problem and make ourselves look intelligent by rattling off the names of new products rolling out of R&D.  We have no idea what these products actually do to the environment, but they sound way too cool not to help…right?
